Dead skunk ... Photo

Photographer’s Note

Werll, you got your dead cat ... and you got your dead dog ... on a moonlit night, you got your dead toad frog ... but I captured this shot on a lonely country back road. Little guy must have been clipped by a car or truck ... abandoned by life and left to wander the earth as a spirit. Not one to normally take pictures of road kill, this fellow just called out to me and asked that I immortalize him in digital repose.

Hi Steve,

Watch your moves. I once posted a picture of a dead oppossum and there were more angry people reacting than I ever could have suspected. Like I killed the animal myself.
