Dead Horse Point State Park is located near Moab in southeastern Utah.
In this pictures the Colorado river turns round a U-shaped bend, leaving an isolated peninsula of higher ground called The Gooseneck.
Deadhorse Point State Park offers a magnificent view of the canyon-contained Colorado River.Southern Utah has been a favorite spot for many Hollywood movies, and Deadhorse Point State Park is no exception. The final scene of the movie Thelma and Louise was filmed here.

Nice composition. Hoya filter enhanced the light. Just wondering whether any tool that removes the haze from the frame.
