Sugarcane fields are the leitmotiv in the Mauritian landscape. With changing European quotas and new land conversion laws, they will gradually become a thing of the past, and we'll be left to tell our children of the green that once occupied their by-then-residential areas.

Great landscape.
if u crop a little at bottom, it's more attractive. but u have tittle with these fields.

Hi Valeisha,
Nice pfoto of the nature of Africa. We all are expecting t see the savannas in Africa and this is very different photo from the black continent. I like the mountains on the horizon.
