Photographer’s Note
I remember, canoeing in the Loire (where the river is still wild) at Cussac sur Loire, this is one of the most relaxing moments I ever had.
On the photo the kid thinks he is a pirate, not really the right place but who cares.
The photo was a bit overexposed; we see it on the shoulders of the people in the canoe. Or maybe they didn't get enough of a sun tan yet.
I also wish I had had a circular polarizer to remove the reflection on the tree leaves at the back and improve the overall colours.

Salut Pierre,
Très belle présentation avec ce cliché vertical, reflets superbes, couleurs luisantes et la barque pour accentuer le côté paisible et agréable du lieu et du moment, bien vu.

Excellent bright colors and generally a very beautiful picture. The reflections made by the thick vegetation on the river are really amazing and they make all these fantastic effects! This is a wonderful shot Pierre! My best regards

Hi Pierre,
I don't think the shot is overexposed. May be just a little, but doesn't ruin the image at all. I love the strong saturation of the green reflection in the water and well contrasted with the brighty people. Good composition with the light foreground. Beautiful image!
TFS,
Cheers,
Ricardo
