Photographer’s Note

Shoreline park is in Mountain View near my house. Part of the park has a small saltwater lake where visitors can rent sailboats, windsurfeers, canoes, and paddleboats. This is a shot of the canoes all lined up and put away for the day.

The park is 700 acres, besides the lake it includes a dog run, kite flying area, golf course, and trails into the baylands (SF bay lands) and is right next door to the Shoreline Amphitheater.

This shot works for me. I like its simplicity and the uniqueness of the trees above the cynosure canoes.

Good to see you are getting out and using the camera. Looking at the canoes, I was thinging of some Xman guy...
Good light and I like your angle.
