Intersting portrait. But a fill in flash would be great, to avoid the dark shadows on the face.
And may be, it would be not bad to crop a bit the top of the picture.
It's just my point of view, may be, I mistake. Best regards.

Another nicelt composed shot vibhor. Great colour contrast BTW the BG and the subject. Nice side lighting on the man. You could open up those shadows on his face with a bit of selective dodging in PS. You could also burn that highlight on his forehead to darken it a bit...there's detail there as far asI can tell.
