Light Show at Amwell Lake, a photo from New Jersey, Northeast

Photographer's Note

On my rides home, I noticed that the area near Amwell Lake looked very inviting. From the main road I could see how the trees in the distance were lit up by the late afternoon sun. Yesterday I finally had the chance to stop in there again and Mother Nature did not disappoint me. The light show she had provided that day was breathtaking.

A beautiful display of autumnal colors, Linda, where the reflection instantly doubles the viewing pleasure. Good inclusion of the foreground weeds for the framing, and nice to see the flock of ducks (?) in the back.

Very nice colorful view,and very well reflection you captured,i like the colors in this shot,but in my opinion the light at the right side of shot is a little high.
But totally it's very nice shot.

Those are some wonderful colours off of the trees. The reflection works quite well as well. The composition was nicely done. Looks like it was good use of the polarizer as well! TFS!

Bravo Linda pour ce paysage d'automne très coloré.
Les lumières sont bien capturées.
Les réflections sont de toutes beauté et le filtre polarisant a travaillé.
Cadrage et POV bien étudiés, une harmonie totale , un parfait wallpaper.
