Photographer’s Note
Well, she's not exactly "walking the dog", perhaps there is more a touch of "Driving Miss Daisy" here.
Notice the bike, a Dursley-Pedersen construction presently built by Christiania Bikes.

nice photo Torbem, a bit hilarious scene, very nice compo - the cyclist is nicely cropped and the dog is nocely positioned, very nice post-processing as well, nice work

Very good job here, perfect framing and 1/60s with focus on the dog was a good choice. Really cool and dynamic picture

Great focus! Really adds a sense of movement. Was this a panned shot?

Wonderful street scene, greatly composed and cropped. The dog's holding strips give indeed the feeling he is caring the bike.
I do not want to think what it would happened had a cat suddenly appeared! ;-)
Take care,

Bonjour Torben.
Such an attractive picture. Oh, I think Peter will love it too... :o)
I especially like the mouvement and the rather strong contrast. Also the image is very cleverly cropped. Just great, definitely a favourite!

Hi Torben.
Excellent your composition and also the use that you has done of the black and white. The road, the bicycle and the dog make a very suggerent picture. And I like very much.
Technically is also good.
Regards.

Hilarious seen and I like the BW.. The fact that you croped the head of the lady brings all the attention to the dog. TFS. Bala

Hi Torben,
Nice street shot, and nice panning too. It looks like the dog is the real leader here. I like the way you cropped the picture. Well, I didn't see the original, but I like the fact that the attention is on the dog, but we see enough of the bike and the cyclist. Very well done!

whimsical crop, with another bike coming around.
could not help myself reading your replies. for me the time in front of the computer trying "the best crop" has therapeutic effects :)
thanks a lot for uploading more often :)

Interesting shot of this biker and dog. You made it well with the right shutter to have the movement included, even with a large part blurred the dog as the main subject comes out in the 'clear'. Creative compo well presented in the bw version. Interesting link to the bike producer.

Hi Torben - I agree with with your alternative title - I fact have I seen people who actually used their dog as "motor" for the bike (men det var vist også en slædehund) - A fine new variant of your favorite motif - the bike.

Hi Torben,
Thanks for the extensive analysing of my mill picture!
You sound like a real professional art critiquer. What is your profession?
I like this picture for its movement and also the B/W.
My feeling says that an other size, more rectangle with some more space at the left and less at the bottom would give a better effect. Also the picture should be tumbled a bit to the left. Look the WS.
Hope it is usefull critique,
Thanks,
Hendrik
