Photographer’s Note
This is a very common scene in the village of West Bengal, India. That time I am experimenting in B&W film. It was a cloudy day, the little girl was engaged in schedule buffalo bathing.
Technology may progress but these are scenes never changes from the World. The pic was taken in Fuji Neopen 100.
Hope u will enjoy.

hi partha..
this is a very beautiful photograph..
would say quite a classic composition..
something like raghu rai's old photographs.. though with less contrast..
ever tried the kodak tri-x??
i think the tri-x grains would create a beautiful atmosphere for this kind of a photograph
take care :)

Hell Partha. Great image and nice scene, the water is very calming and a good combo with the sky, pitty the scan takes some of the quality out of it.

very nice image, very nice compo with that C shape wiht the main scene inside, very interesting landscape as well. just the sky doesn't look so good - i see some post-processing done there, could be a bit better. nice work

Yes very nice shot indeed. The printing can be a lot better though.
