Photographer’s Note
every weekend, pubs, bars and a large sort of public places are fullfilled with latin performers and musical artists, "groovin" and playing afro-latin songs.
This is an experience I made last week. No flash, no tripod. Just the need of experimenting something different; I wanted to stop everything on the scene, except the beat and it's hands...
at the same time, I felt that the shirt of the player would give some "typical artwork" sensation to the picture.

Como já tinha dito noutro sitio um bom registo, o arrastar das mão do tocador está muito bem conseguida.
Um abraço!

And you were successful in your experiment! Love the colors, love the dynamic focusing (or non-focusing depending on one's perspective), and the anonymity of the musician. There's a little bit of white glare in the bottom center ... don't know where it came from but I'm sure that can be corrected.

beautiful, experimental shot! I like your composition. The motion blur and the details of the colours make this shot!

You have well choose. It is an original view for musician thing. This pic is alive thanks the moving of the hands. I only found a little bit dark, so I made a worshop.

O movimento, as cores, o enquadramento.
Consegue-se ouvir o ritmo acelarado.
Excelente captura, António.
