Yes, I bet you didn't know that on Saturday nights in a particular station in the London Underground near the nightlife district, for the last few hours of the evening, they get into the spirit and light the station only with blacklights and play rock music over the speakers between train arrival and departure messages, which the London Underground employees say as if they were DJs.

I wonder if anyone actually bought that story up to this point? Click here for the original.

Actually, it would be really cool if they did that, except that I like jazz not rock, but in that lighting, I guess you'd have to have rock, wouldn't you.

I used a neon glow filter and played with the shadow/hightlights to get the effect and moved the man closed to the platform and made his shirt glow white since that is what blacklight does. It doesn't light much of anything except light colors.
