Photographer’s Note
This beautiful day I have much good lucky, that I didn`t fall down from the rock when I climb up. The photo shows red pinnacles and my shadow on the rock.
Arches National Park contains the world's largest concentration of natural stone arches. This National Park is a red, arid desert, punctuated with oddly eroded sandstone forms such as fins, pinnacles, spires, balanced rocks, and arches. The 73.000 acre region has over 2.000 of these "miracles of nature."
Hope you like it. Comments and critques are appreciated.
More you can see in Catch the Moment site.

Hello Denis,
This an area known as the "Garden of Eden" - I can't think why it is called this - to me the bulbous forms here look more like the "Devil's Garden" which, as you probably know, is found at the other end of the park and contains startingly beautiful fins and arches - I think they should switch names!
I like your photo. Need I say, there's a lot of "my shadow" photos on TE, but here I think you've mangaed to do something different with it, really making the shadow a part of the composition as a whole. I think it works really well and makes for a really well balanced shot.
Regards
Colin

Hi Denis,
Wonderful composition!
Usually I don't like the shadows of the fotographer in the picture, but in this case it works very well. The landscape and colours are very beautiful. Well done! It worthed the risk af the fall.
Thank you for sharing this experience,
All the best,
Ricardo

Hello Denis, congratulations for this impressive photo. I like it a lot because of the colours, the composition and your shadow, which in my opinion increases the apparent depth perspective.
Thanks and regards,
Javier

Denis -
Well Done! Nice way to get a "wish you were here" photo of yourself.
The image appears to spot on in all of the technical stuff. I like the composition and the photographers shadow works here. Most photographers shadows do not work but this one does. Back to the composition, I like how you divided the image into thirds with the "Hoodoo's" in the top 1/3rd and you in the bottom 1/3rd while using the middle 1/3rd to lead up into the image. I guess you followed the rule of thirds. Well Done!!!
Thanks for sharing
