Photographer’s Note
since its construction in the 16th century stari most (the old bridge) has been the symbol and landmark of the city of mostar. it was destroyed in 1993 and reconstructed in 2004. its reconstruction revived the tradition of jumping from its highest point to the neretva river. in the past local boys did it to prove they were men. now they do it to entertain tourists and earn a couple of euros.
