Photographer’s Note
I'd never expected to end up in the middle of the desert. And I didn't. It was actually a day at the beach. The dunes off Playa del Ingles in Gran Canaria are an amazing thing - two minutes walk from a beach packed with European tourists and you're in the middle of a shifting, rolling mini-Sahara.
I once read on somebody else's TE post "if the desert were a person, what gender would it be?".
To be honest I don't know, but my desert has a fine pair of buttocks, don't you think?

Simple but very pleasing composition. Good sharpness and true to life colors. I thought a slight burst in contrast may change this image for the better but really it's a thing of personal preference. I did a workshop anyway for a little comparison, hope you don't mind.
