Shot taken walking around Tikal ruins, of this huge tarantula-looking tree, called a ceiba which is Guatemala's national tree, as a plaque by it read. The roots of these trees are also rather large and tend to form strange shapes above the ground.

I was in Tikal last summer and this is by far the coolest looking tree ever, i myself have abt 8 pics. Thanks for sharing!
