The two girls hold my interest for a moment... I'm going to try to give you some helpful critqueing here. I can't see anything though that could be changed - its just a rather generic image. The composition is good but not great, and the focus appears slightly off. I'd have liked to have seen more of either side of the girls, so maybe a landscape shot would be better - but then the board behind them would not be so prominent. The lighting is too dark, but considering they are standing in shade there is little you could have done. Maybe try editing it to bring the girls into more focus and bring the lighting up a little.
Really it falls down because there is no engagement with the subjects, that I can see. Their facial expressions aren't extraordinary or emotionally expressive.
