I like how you captured the reflection of the boat ends, but my eye is distracted by the black at the top of your photo. I will try a workshop for you.
I think you should add a note to your photo as well, where are you, why are you there, what are the boats for?

Interesting perspective. Very nice control of light and good framing. I agree that cropping the top shadows does make a good photo (workshop), but this one also works for me because the shadows create an slightly mysterious, eerie, atmosphere that is actually lost in the workshop.

Interesting shot. I wouldn't say that the boats look serene on what isn't quite perfectly still water. To me they lok... at home.
I agree with rnutball about the black and think his workshop is a better final presentation.
Good work here though!
