Great shot! I love seeing the Ao Dai (pronounced "Ow Yai"). It's a very clean and sharp shot - can't have been easy. I like the sensation of speed, and the colours are beautiful.

Nicely captured movement! Good contrast between the green background and the white clothes. Nicely composed also with sufficient space in front of the bike. It would probably work well in B&W, but I like it very much in colour.

Fantastic panning effect of very beautifull subject. I do agree with you the dress is very gracefull.

On thing though, I don't really like the gray frame and specially not the copyright info at the bottom of the picture, I think it spoil the picture a bit.

Nice photo, informative note.

These types of panning shots are difficult. Very well done, however. Even though the background is so blurred, the colors against the white of the dress are striking.

wow man, this is great! blur almost everywhere, but what is essential is sharp! great! great colours too! I am going to Vietnam in 2 weeks, I hope I'll have some chance to take as coool pictures as this one, bravo!
I'd prefer not to see this sign at the bottom though, just a frame would be fine...

Beautiful portrait with excellent technique. I like the colorful, but simple (i.e. not distracting) background and the pure white of the figure's clothing. Framing and panning technique are nearly perfect. Well done.

Absolutely gorgeous shot! Your panning techinique here is perfect as it blurs the lush, green background as well as part of the clothing, highlighting the movement while keeping the face and bike in perfect focus. The white outfit against the greenery in background really makes it stand-out well.

Classic Vietnamese shot. I've seen countless scenes like this when I was there, tried to take a shot of it myself, but due to the lack of good equipment on my part it was simply impossible. Here, the green background, the motion, the girl in the aodai...simply an image that screems VIETNAM. This could not have been done better. Excellent work.

Graceful and elegant subject. Perfect panning, contrasting with the sharp details of the bicycle. Natural colors. The dress looseness is fantastic and gives a very fresh tone to this shot. And, cherry on the cake, the girl is relax and looks happy. What a shot!

This is got to be one of the best pictures of Vietnam I've seen. My biggest memory of Vietnam is the beautiful girls in their Ao Dai driving around on bikes looking so free. Of course the green of the rice fields is also a vivid memory. You've captured all of that so perfectly and to me it really shows the spirit of Vietnam. Not to mention the technical perfection of the shot. Well done!!

Great timing. You must have moved the camera along while she rode past? That is the only way to get this effect, I think. You did well. Not perfectly, but you did very well.

You are right, her dress is very beautiful. I like how white and clean it is.
