To my mind the picture is too bleak. Otherwise it shows life of these people well - it's interesting (and sad) to see the garbage around. Just reality.
Please, look at my workshop - may be you would like it.
It looks quite bleak and dour. I think Gatis made a little improvement where colours were concerned. However, if it is the sad life of the fishermen that you tried to capture then you have achieved your purpose.
