Photographer’s Note
I was on assignment in Egypt At one moment I decided to quit what I had to do and go around the remote villages near LUXOR, quite a bit far from the Valley of the Kings. I had no guide, I was alone, I wanted to really get inside people , and become friendly with the villagers. Some of the houses were very well decorated, and from what I learned ( I may be wrong ) signs of Mecca on the facades show that the owner has gone to the HAJ, and they proudly display it with pretty drawings. Here I was lucky to also find a girl who was curious to find out what I was doing.

Hi Izzet. A nice and colorful artwork on this façade, well portrayed with a spot-on exposure to not blow the bright white tones. Of course the girl glimpsing outside makes this photo and provides an anchor and interest for the viewer to find additional delight in.
