Photographer’s Note

This photo was taken in Pedra Bonita, a mountain in my city, Rio de Janeiro. It was during the carnival season here, and as we don't like it, we only wanted to go to a quiet place to flee from the uproarious noisy streets... When we got there, we could watch everything from above where everything seems calm, no noise, violence..

Uma belíssima foto de uma belíssima cidade!!!A vista aí de cima é espectacular,gostei do angulo escolhido assim como a inclusão dos pés na foto.Está espectacular.

Hi Caliane, The tilted view creates the feeling you are flying above the city. Things look peacefull indeed from that point of view.
