Photographer’s Note
This is the Paignton to Dartmouth railway as the train is close to Kingswear (the end of the line)
Whilst walking along the footpath alongside the railway line and the river Dart, the familiar whistle of a steam engine alerted me to take this photograph. This is the last frame of 5 taken in a multi shot exposure

Hey Shaun, very nice capture of this steam train! Always good to see steam trains still in use. I like your framing, on the bend so we can not only see the front of the train but also the carrages going around the corner.
I think that to improve it you could rotate it anti-clockwise slightly as the train seems to be tilted clockwise.
I think that because you have only included a little of the sky I would also have cropped or cloned the last of the sky out, it would then be less distracting.
Welcome to TE, I see you havent yet left any critiques for other members, I would suggest you start critiquing some photos, as then people you critique will be likely to visit you and do the same back! Then you get more exposure and also points too : )
Well captured!
