Photographer’s Note
This is the Saint Antonius mill of Halsteren again. You can see the hill instead of a bordes which is used to turn around the mills head and wings. The door to bring in the corn.
It looks like a soldier keeping an eye on everything.
Poor Portugees, they have the sun but we the rain and the wind! That's what makes a mill turning.
Adios amigos e pena mas vamos ganhar!

Speaking about Athonius, there is allways the question "which Anthonius?"; there are 2 of them; one had alsway a pig at his feet and the ohther?; don't know anymore.
So; again a mill; can't be enough of them. A Dutch thing and the Dutch who show them. I'm happy they show these mills in an artistic way like here. This one is nice small and virginlike white.
Nice to have that cyclist in company.
Good shot Hendrik;

LOL our mills are way to advanced in technology... we don't need wind or rain... we have little gobblins in the inside working 24h/day ehehe
Nice photo, it seems a portuguese undercover spy is around... ooopssss i shouldn't have said this...

Hi Hendrik,
Ja, Nederland blijkt toch wel nummer 1 als het om molens gaat. Dit is ook weer een prachtig voorbeeld. Goeie compositie ook, prima foto.
Groeten,
Lars
