Photographer’s Note

The coast of Kwazulu-Natal, east coast of South Africa, is famous for its annual sardine run in July every year. This makes the region a haven for shore based sport anglers year round. A section of this coastline further South known as the Wild Coast, provides rugged angling conditions but spectacular scenery for fishermen. This picture typifies the very relaxed attitude to be found when wandering along the beaches and rocky shoreline.
