[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I had one evening to catch a gulf coast sunset and just made it to a good viewpoint in time to catch this shot. Over just a few minutes the sky exploded in colors and patterns. I think this is the best of several shots taken while the sky darkened to night.

Bonjour Dwight,
lever de soleil d'une rare majesté.
Des couleurs de feu, toutes plus belles les unes que les autres et se taillant les parts du ciel dans de somptueux dégradés.
Un super cadragen qui donne de l'imprtance à un reflet magnifique et cette bande noire de végétation qui se détache parfaitement.
Excellente prise, bien vu.

This is a superb photo you have here, Mr. Dwight. For me, it is color perfect, including contrast and sharpness. And oh the view is oh so perfect that, in my mind, I'm debating whether an almost centered horizon would be acceptable - according the so-called rules - as this probably splits the image unnaturally. One idea is to crop about 1 inch from the bottom (the water) to put emphasis on the magical cloud formation .. oh it's just an idea. What would a rule be without exceptions? :) Thank you.

hi dwight i like the reflection in the water and the silhouetted trees against the sky i looked at hmdparsi`s ws and i like yours better
