Photographer’s Note
The name Vercors would come from the name of Celtic people installed in the area: Vertacomicorii. It is during the Second World War that Vercors will remain in the heads because of its resistant. Finally it is in 1970 that the regional natural reserve is created to preserve this single environment!
Indeed during this excursion I could notice how much this landscape is at the same time alive and lunar was fascinating! According to the place where we are, we can appreciate either a loneliness of more resting, or the force and power of the mountain.
This photo was taken during goes up to the 'col des deux sœurs ', it looks towards the north of ‘Lans en Vercors’. The weather was very nice, perhaps a little too much because I still have some marks of sunstrokes ;o)

bonsoir Gabriel.
tres jolie prise

Nice shot Gabriel. I love this mountain landscape: it reminds me of the mountains in my region. Very good vertical view. Nice colours and contrast. Only in the lower richt corner there is some strange noise. But well done!
