Gold fish Rush Photo

Photographer’s Note

This is a view of the gold fishes in the artificial lake infront of the New City Hall in Celle. The hall itself could be seen in the reflection (the red building). The lake infront of it is full with Gold Fishes :) I cought a great mometn when a small part of them were "traveling" accross the lake. There are also a couple of HUGE gold fishes (about 50cm = 19.5inches). However I did not catch one to wish myself something :( maybe next time hehe ). Unfortunately the day was not sunny otherwise they would shine in the sun...

Peter...very nicely done. i like the idea of the goldfish 'swimming' out of the building's windows. ;) I am not certain about the effectiveness of the broder, but that is a small part of the overall picture, so almost not worth mentioning. Best Regards, linda

Extraordinary image, surreal, beautiful. Complex set of reflections here...a world upside down, a water world. You may have been lucky the sun was NOT shining, this way you caught subtle colors, instead of harsh contrast... Bravo! Francis

Nice composition Peter. Very good reflections in the water. The fishes rushing to the corner of the pic add something special to the image. Good perspective. Well done!

Original combination of fish and the building.
The frame is not so good idea, though.
You were lucky to have such a still water with this sky without a sun.
