We are in the Regional Natural reserve of the "Forêt d'Orient" in Champagne-Ardennes.
This tree, the feet in water is located at approximately 300 meters of northern bank of the "Lac d'Orient".
This particular landscape results from water reserves which controls the flow of the of the Seine.
