Photographer’s Note
This is the river Teesta in North Bengal,taken from the Coronation Bridge on a cloudy afternoon. a couple of kilometeres ahead, teesta comes into the plainland. This is Teesta's last stretch in the hills....after travelling hundreds of kilometeres from North Sikkim's Cholamu lake she comes onto the plains of Bengal and then enters Bangladesh.

Great shot ... the mist,cloud and deep forest makes a perfect canvas on which teesta flows ...
