This shot was taken during the annual Toronto Street Festival in July.
This was Toronto's Yonge St, it was closed to motor vehicles during the festival and this particular evening it became an outdoor dance floor.
This shot was purposefully tilted and was shot near the ground using a mini tripod.

This captures the party mood brilliantly, with a great feeling of movement. The low and crooked angle works really well.

i like this picture a lot, great scene from the street, dancing people look great on the blue sky, I really like the perspective and I don't mind it is tilted, very cool shot!

It's often hard to capture the mood, or essence of a situation. However, I think you did it brilliantly here: the blur, the tilt, the perspective, the background...

Great angle. The vibrant colors added to the festive feel. Appropriate " motion blur" tells the story perfectly.

The motion blur and angle makes this a fine festival picture. There must have been some light source near you to get so much light on the dancers. It is also good that the sky still has some light left. (Another example of when left is right - what a language!)

Very good shot.
The tilt makes it look dynamic
as well as the motion blur.
Frozen music itself :)
