[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Dune 7 is a very popular climb in Namibia. It looks quite easy but when you start climbing it, it is adifferent story. You keep on sliding back. It is much higher than it looks. I made to the top but felt as if I;m going to die. You cannot visit Namibia and not climb Dune 7. Photo taken from the top. I like the oasis feeling. Old photo - scanned

Hi Annette, I really like this photo. What a pity that is not bigger. There is anyway a smoothness around the palms that is really pleasant. Good work :-)

This is an interesting shot of a landscape that is quite foreign to me. What an unlikely group of trees. The trees and lines and compostion make for a pleasing image. Is it just me or is the horizon askew just a bit?
