Photographer’s Note
This is the small quay in the town of Honfleur. This is a lovely small town on the Normandy coast, right next to the impressive Normandie bridge which goes over the Seine. Honfleur is well worth a visit, lots of interesting buildings to visit and lots of small shops (especially art galleries). This is a very "arty" town and over the years has played host to famoust artists including Monet, on a good day you will still see artists painting along the side of the quay. The quay is also surrounded by numerous restaurants, which all sell the fabulous sea food you can get in Normandy, its a lovely place to go in the evening, have a meal and soak up the atmosphere.
