Photographer’s Note
This is a popular viewpoint at Sun Moon Lake, at the WenWu temple.
Anyone living in Taiwan right now- I highly recommend a day or weekend trip here as it's breezy, and a little bit cooler than the furnace-like conditions of the rest of Taiwan. There are lots of little temples and touristy places to visit around the small lake.
edited to add: Sun Moon Lake is in central Taiwan in the mountains- a couple of hours away from Taichung.

Very nice photo, I love the colorful roofs. The patterns of the tiles are really great too. Which part of Taiwan is this lake found? In March 2001 I visited the southern part of Taiwan and really loved it. I will probably go back in the next year for another business trip. Would love to visit this area.

Hi Leslie,
Nice picture with those orange roofs and the blue/green background.
Very good job.
(only it looks as if your horizon goes down the left)

Hi Leslie
Cool view from the top.
But the orange roofing have make the central attraction, and steal the show!
Well done, Leslie.

The roof color in ceramic tiles I guess contrasting with the red and the blue-green background is very good. Perhaps a little more sharpeness?
