Serwus Kurt !
Absolutely wonderful landscape ! Perfect grounds here -charming houses, colurful autumn trees and sharp tops of the mountains. Your point of view is superb. Added frame works well also. Great Work!

Hi Kurt,
This is a nice capture of mountain and its suburbs.
The composition is very good, and the mountains did great.
Beautiful yellow of autumn.
Just a question : is this village inhabited during winter ?
David

This is real fantastic: the landscape and your photo. I like the four parts of this picture: brown houses (cabins), the yellow of the trees, the mountains and the blue sky. Well done.

Nice composition and very vivid colors. The blue/yellow color combination is great. What could be improved is maybe a larger image (using the maximum 800 pixel size) since bigger ususally shows better. Also, notes on the area (history, geography or peronsal story) would be good. Well done!

Hi Kurt, this is really impressi, everything is soooo sharp. It seems a really peacefull place, nice countryside view with wonderfull colours.

Well, this is a really good one, much stronger than the previous two-three posts. I can't find anything to criticize, the colors are pleasant, not too saturated, and the composition is very good. The original slide must look amazing.

Hi Kurt
Très beau paysage avec une très jolie palette des couleurs.
Toni

Hi Kurt,
Beautiful contrast of the colours. I really like the contrast between the deep blue and the yellow. Very well composed/

Hi Yang
Very impressive landscape. It's a good angle, covering the village from the bottom and putting the mountain majestically in view. The yellow flowers spreading across the mountain added the contrast.
A very well done job, Yang.

Kurt,
Vraiment superbe!

Lovely shot! I really love the way the bold blues of the sky contrast against the yellows in the fall foliage. The strong diagonal of the yellows works well to split the image, and the moutains provide an excellent backgroud. My only slight nit is that the shadows under the eaves of the buildings are very deep - obviously it looks like you were using Velvia (based on the colors/contrast), so that's not too surprising, but I wonder whether a graduated ND filter across the diagonal would have helped bring the shadow detail there out a bit more? You can use Shadows/Highlights and a Graduated layer in Photoshop to achieve similar. Let me know if you'd like me to post a Workshop... Anyway, an excellent capture - thanks for sharing :-D
