This is an interesting building. I like how it mixes a sort of old rationalist look in its design. The sculpture around it and the plaza make a nice foreground for the building. It's one that really was nice to have a good frontal view of. The lines of the building add a diagonal path to it, from othe corner to the statue at center to the sculpture on the building up to the clock and then over to the other tower. I just think it needs a little rotation and a little bit of skewing to correct for the perspective distortion. It would be nice in this kind of shot to have all the lines as close to horizontal and vertical as possible. But it is a nicely detailed shot, especially the brick facade texture.
