I have had a number of sleepless nights, thoughts trailing out into nothing.
That's how this image came to me and why I applied a soft white vignetting.

Wow. This is powerful. Causes contradictory emotions. Is is coming out of the sea or is it sinking in the sea and sand. Dream or nightmare ? Softness of sand and waves against rigidity of metal.

This shot is freaking me out! My eye is tied up to this pipeline that sinks inexorably into the sea makes my claustrophobia rise up again.
That's what's photography is all about; create emotions.

Very interesting and ethereal composition. Looks good in B&W. I like the varying contrast in the image, and the leading line of the pipeline moving off toward the horizon.

The dreamy mood and excellent choice of B&W really makes this picture something out of the ordinary. The waves are captured just in the right moment.... splendid job.
