Photographer’s Note
Natural backlit photo of an oak leaf (?) taken late in the day. The original is much more well-defined but the photo loses some clarity when resized to upload to TrekEarth. Any suggestions on how to correct that?
I was shooting freehand without a tripod which may also be causing some minor blur ... you think I would learn ... never travel without my tripod!
I really like the veining in the leaf ... the light provided by the setting sun really accentuates the leaf.

Paul,
I love the color and brightness levels in this photo. Such a vivid green!
Good job.

This leaf is absolutely gorgeous! (I'm a huge fan of the color green.) The lighting is perfect and the veining is just the right amount of detail. Well done!
