[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
These kids were harrassing the pigeons for over ten minutes. I took photos to try to capture the chaos and the total scene. Most people were indifferent to what the kids where doing and this moment captured it for me.

What a wonderful charming shot - it really conveys the sense of youth - even if the old fellow is oblivious to it all (I would have liked for him to be wholly in th picture a bit more)

Boys will be boys all over the world, Mike! This is classic little boy-hood, harassing innocent pigeons. I like the expression of the man reading the paper. Your exposure is great indicating a lot of commotion. Great!
