I was driving along the west coast in the south island, and i was amazed to see this scenery with a blu sky. The light was perfect.

Ahhh, what a beautiful country we live in! Thanks for taking such a wonderful shot to publicise it to the world. One point: it may be just me, but it looks as if there is a slight tilt to the right. If so, this could easily be corrected in photoshop by rotating even just 1/5 degree.

Hi Ruben,
It's great to see that you've reposted a larger version of your beautiful photo. Now we can see the true beauty of New Zealand even better. I love the different shades of blue. I love the POV, how you've included the plants at that diagonal angle and the tree on the left adds that extra touch. Very nice!

the lake looks so serene and bright with the reflection of the mountains on it. the dark hills and the snowy mountains in the background look so contrast with the green foreground! great!

A great first shot... Even if it's classical, it's a very beautiful and pure one...

its really a classic nz photo, i love the mirror water effect, and also the solitary tree in the foreground,
