I spent a week in Genova in 2004, when it was the European City of Culture. It is a vibrant, fascinating three dimensional old city andI loved it. This picture, I hope, gives an idea of how the layers of the city work.

Amazing to see all the tall buildings here, all in coordinating colors as well. All the box like designs almost makes one dizzy, the vertical lines are very interesting. Well done.

They are forced to build tall houses being no much distance between sea and mountain. The picture gives me a sense of claustrophobia. It gives the impression of living in Hong-Kong.Well seen.
