Photographer’s Note
Taken whilst on a early morning (tourist) flight to see Everest, out of a not-so-clean window: it didn't turn out too bad.
I particularly like the shadows created underneath the overhang and where the snowfall has made ridges all down the mountain. I can't believe people actually climb these things!
This is a scan of a print from a slide so quality has dropped somewhat from the original crystal-clear slide.
I don't know what mountain this is so if any knows please let me know.

This exposes raw nature without having to walk up there. Very sensible. This shot is special as it shows just how virtually verticle much of the land out there is on the roof of the world. Very few will see this with there owm eyes, making this contibution all the more important. Well done.
