This si beach rubbish collected by someone, it was taken a while ago now and there are now at least two of these on the coastal path on Largo Bay.

What a great rubbish sculpture - I really appreciate this - very nice - a year or so ago we ran a whole series of workshops with kids resulting in a great exhbition called Litterarty - this is such a creative thing to do with the flotsam and jetsom.
