Photographer’s Note

Anza Barrego Park is a great desert park north of San Diego. With the heavy rain this year, the cacti were blooming in the park. The park features an information / visitors centre which is mostly buried below these stairs. The shape of the stair railing was very interesting. Unfortunately, I didn't capture the entire railing on the left side which I regret. I was trying to be "artsy" but now I realize that I should have included the entire railing and cropped the photo later. Oh well, I'll have to visit the park again.

It was late in the day so I had to open the aperture to f2.8 to allow as much light in as possible.

Great park to visit if you ever get a chance (bring a sweater ... it gets cool in the evening!).
