Photographer’s Note
The temple ia shrine to various dieties that are believed to reside inthe sacred grove behind it. Most of the dieties are fertiltity godesses. These temples and the sacred groves are fast dissappearing, and along with them we lose a great heritage as well as a wonderful way of preserving biodiversity that the ancients had obviosly well understood.
