Photographer’s Note
Inavol is the narrow handwoven circular cotton sash with geometric motifs worn crosswise across the chest. It is worn by the Rungus ethnic tribe, together with their traditional costume.
In the photo, you could see a Rungus lady, weaving an inavol, on the inside courtyard of the longhouse. Beside weaving inavol, the Rungus is also popular with their litai or bead necklaces. It is pretty much like the one she is wearing.

Wow I really like how you framed the lady in this frame. The sidelighting is also amazing. Seems she does not even notice you. This is amazing. I also like how this long house is built with the angled wall. Nicely done Rabini. My PC is back up and running after a hard drive crash. When you have time check out some of my Morning Light photos.
