I was walking in the small streets of Assos when I saw this chair. I liked immediatly the shapes and the global colors harmony.

Chairs are great subjects. They have a lot of patience while you choose the best angle and lighting. And so many of them have a lot of character themselves, or can be found in interesting and unexpected locations.

I think the red of this chair suits its environment so well. It seems so young against such ancient stones. Bravo!

I like your title. Alain. It reminds me that 50 years ago someone asked Sir Edmund hillary why did he climb the Everst, and he answered - Because it was there.
I like this photo and the great color ballance between the chair, sign, and the wall.

Beautiful chair and wall, very interesting sign. And of course the combination of those tree red things … the chair, the sign and the leaf(?) on the ground looks great...
