An aerial view of Castelnaudary, with the Grand basin, which is both a harbour and a reservoir on the Canal du Midi.
The Canal du Midi was for centuries the main way to convey goods per boat between the mediterranean sea and the atlantic ocean. Its highest point is located in Naurouze, a couple of kilometers from Castelnaudary.

Sorry, but this one does not come out so good when looking only at the thumbnail.
But when you open the picture you serve us the opportunity to see the towns architecture. Light is VERY good and colours are natural.

ton village miniature est tres beau. la lumiere idéale nous rend une foule de details. jolie como où trone à son centre son église.

Jolie vue aérienne sur Castelnaudary et sur le grand bassin. J'ai visité cette ville cet été, et je retrouve ici le parcourt que j'ai emprunté. C'est vraiment très intéressant comme cliché, on y retrouve une multitude de détails, l'éclairage est très bon. Merci pour le partage!
