Photographer’s Note
The main items of the forbidden city are huge places and buildings which were used for ceremonies. Nowadays, these places look empty (although there are many tourists). What you see is light grey stones (the pavement and the stairs that lead to the palaces), crimson wooden buildings and shiny yellow tiles.
The stairs are a good opportunity for geometrical shots.
