This is a piece of front elevation of Sheraton in Cracow. Quite a controversial building I say.

We say that due of it's appalling looks it shouldn't be so close to a priceless nation's heritage such as Wawel Castle. Those who didn't saw this with their own eyes or are don't/didn't feel the Cracow's unique atmosphere just won't get it.

But what really pisses me off is the consciousness that when I look at it or think of it I just know that someone HAD to give someone else a really huge bribe. Otherwise this piece of "brave" architecture wouldn't stand where it is. And all of this happened in Cracow. Ahh..

Though, if you pull it out of whole context it starts to look.. quite interesting. And I show you the interesting point of view on Cracow's Sheraton because others just make the thing unbearable.

PS. If it was not enough - just see the new megastore that is being built near to our Grand Central. Not that it is ugly itself, but it makes the Old Main Railway Station partly covered! Damn! And I thought only germans can f* up things like in Cologne :) Sorry dudes, we are now even.
