Photographer’s Note
It seems that the time has stopped for more than 600 years, here in Bojenci.
Legend tells that when Turnovgrad, the medieval capital of Bulgaria, fell under Turkish occupation (1393), an old woman and her relatives fled to save their lives. The woman's name was Bojana and her ancestors were the Bulgarian kings.
The mountain welcomed the refugees giving them water for drinking, wood and stone for building, and comforting them with soft winters and cool summers. That's how Bojenci came to be.
There are well over 100 houses in Bojenci, build with stone roofs and wooden verandahs in a typical style of Bulgarian Revival period.

Very attractive classic Bulgarian architecture, the haha along the edge of the lawn leads nicely into the shot. Is this a scan, it looks a bit soft.

Good way to display typical architecture in a typical natural environment. Perhaps a little shift in the WB might be needed - the picture looks a bit greenish.
Приятно!
